Here is a followup to the extracted radio from earlier.  I have the 4.0.4 IMM76D build for the NS4G uploaded and ready to go with instructions.  This will wipe your device there are plenty of 4.0.4 builds out there from source already but if you want to try what the OTA should be here it is.  I am working on updating my ROM and should have a 4.0.4 based build ready sometime this week.

THIS WILL WIPE YOUR DEVICE.  As always I am not responsible for damage to your device.

OK, now that we have that out of the way lets get you the files you will need.

You may already have some of those if so go ahead and skip them, the second one is the important one.

First thing you will need is to make sure ODIN is setup and the drivers are installed obviously.  You could also extract everything and flash it via fastboot if you do not want to use ODIN but I am not going to get into that here.

  1. Extract ODIN
  2. Extract the IMM76 files.  This will leave you with three more archives, that is fine ODIN will use those
  3. Power off the phone
  4. Hold Volume Up and Power to boot the phone into the bootloader
  5. Plug in the phone
  6. ODIN should notice the phone now
  7. Choose BOOTLOADER and then select SPH-D720_IMM76D_KE1_BOOTLOAD_signed
  8. Choose PDA and select SPH-D720_IMM76D_PDA_signed
  9. Finally choose PHONE and select SPH-D720_IMM76D_LC1_Modem_signed (if you used my earlier post to update the radio you can skip this step.)
  10. Click Start and you should be all set.

Again, this will wipe your phone and all data and does not contain Super User or any other apps this should bring your phone to 40.4.
